About the Author

Alan Ould is the well known author of The Compleat Beatles Discography. He has contributed for over 15 years to Record Collector & Price Guide, Beatlology, National and Regional Press and is credited in The Beatles’ Anthology for his assistance given during the initial preparation stages with Genesis Publications.

A lifelong Beatles’ fan, he was found under a copy of Revolver (Mono Dash 1, of course) and has spent the interim years going round in circles. He lives in Surbiton, just down the road from Esher and Weybridge where ¾ of the Fabs lived between 1964 – 1968. Apple’s only male ‘scruff’, he spent hours outside Apple HQ in Savile Row which he describes as being better than watching paint dry.
